First Fox Lake, then Faith, then cometh FACCS

Here is a picture of our group at Fox Lake Park last month after singing at Joe's Club and 2 very special patients at Royal Oak Retirement Center. We are really enjoying ourselves in the great outdoors of God's creation.

Our group had a great time singing for the Lamplighters Senior Adult Bible Study at Faith Baptist Church last week. Each group member sang their best and enjoyed sharing with the senior adults. Their group meets monthly for Bible study and fellowship. They really made us feel welcome.

The next event for Firm Foundation is the FACCS Junior Fine Arts competition on Saturday, April 25, 2009. This year the competition will be held at Eastland Baptist Church in Orlando. They have a new facility, and we are looking forward to sharing 2 songs from our Spring tour with the judges there. Once our registration is complete, we will post a time for this event. The Junior High Chorus will also be competing with 1 chorus song and 2 small group songs. Unfortunately, not all of the Junior High Chorus is available to attend this event, but they will be well represented by those competing that day. Please keep this event in your prayers that our groups will be able to do their best in their performances and that God will keep us safe as we travel to Orando representing Temple Christian School.
