We are looking at the dates August 9 & 10 to meet for our Summer Music Workshop. The times are still to be determined. We will have fun learning new music for the Fall Tour as well as learning new vocal technigues through a DVD series called "Teaching Kids to Sing" by Chris and Carol Beatty.
The Beattys are vocal coaches that train professional voices for a living. There is much they can teach us about how to be better singers for the Lord. We will also review the basics of reading music so that we can learn our songs faster and more accurately.
The cost for the workshop is $20.00 and will assist us in purchasing music and materials for our group throughout the year. I look forward to seeing all of you again and hearing how God has blessed through the summer. Enjoy the sunshine as you serve the Son!
